John brings a wealth of technical expertise acquired from over twenty years of working within the catering industry. He takes a creative but pragmatic approach to his work while harnessing the continual advancements in equipment technology to provide the most energy efficient designs.

With a keen eye for detail and a broad knowledge of all aspects of commercial kitchen design and installation, John enjoys working through the complexities that enable him to assist clients in achieving their aspirations for a new facility. He closely liaises with clients and addresses many of the technical challenges associated with this work. Typically, these revolve around services, maximising use of space, ventilation, grease management, odour control, energy management and the means of reducing food waste.

He is well versed in delivering Public Sector projects in Revit to Government BIM standards along with COBie and Uniclass data.

John is an accredited contributor to the imminent release of the revised TM50 Energy Efficiency in Commercial Kitchens guide, a collaboration between BESA and the FCSI.

He is a professional member of the Institute of Hospitality and the Chartered Institute of Designers.
